PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS
- Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. LQpay reps may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice.
- Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com
- The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team
- The email addresses for all attendees, including the agent's email address
- Customer DBA Name
- Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) where the practice is available for a demo. IMPORTANT: Please provide the time zone for the practice.
- Share any information that will help the LQpay representative to prepare for this meeting. Example: Who will be representing the practice on the demo? What challenges are they facing with their current payments provider? Etc.
- What practice management/EMR/billing software is being utilized for payments?
- Are credit card payments currently integrated/auto-posted into the PM/EMR/billing software?
- Does the client currently have any of the following advanced payment features?
- Text to pay?
- Card on file?
- Mobile/smart card readers
- Automatic payment plans
- Electronic statements
- Online payment pages
