PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS

  1. Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. LQpay reps may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice. 
  2. Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com 
  3. The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team


  • The email addresses for all attendees, including the agent's email address
  • Customer DBA Name
  • Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) where the practice is available for a demo. IMPORTANT: Please provide the time zone for the practice. 
  • Share any information that will help the LQpay representative to prepare for this meeting. Example: Who will be representing the practice on the demo? What challenges are they facing with their current payments provider? Etc. 
  • What practice management/EMR/billing software is being utilized for payments?
  • Are credit card payments currently integrated/auto-posted into the PM/EMR/billing software?
  • Does the client currently have any of the following advanced payment features? 
  1. Text to pay?
  2. Card on file?
  3. Mobile/smart card readers
  4. Automatic payment plans
  5. Electronic statements
  6. Online payment pages
