PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS
- Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. OC reps may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice.
- Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com
- The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team
- Merchant DBA and website address
- Merchant Contact name & Email (for the demo invite)
- Vertical (Restaurant/Retail/Auto/Etc)
- Avg Monthly Volume
- Current POS/Terminal setup
- Reason they are looking to switch (AKA what issues are we trying to solve for the merchant)
- Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) the merchant is available for a demo
Extra Questions:
- Do they need a QuickBooks sync?
- Gift / Loyalty interest?
- Online ordering interest?
- Surcharge or cash discount interest?
