PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS

  1. Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. OC reps may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice. 
  2. Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com 
  3. The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team


  • Merchant DBA and website address
  • Merchant Contact name & Email (for the demo invite)
  • Vertical (Restaurant/Retail/Auto/Etc)
  • Avg Monthly Volume
  • Current POS/Terminal setup
  • Reason they are looking to switch (AKA what issues are we trying to solve for the merchant)
  • Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) the merchant is available for a demo

 Extra Questions:

  • Do they need a QuickBooks sync?
  •  Gift / Loyalty interest?
  •  Online ordering interest?
  •  Surcharge or cash discount interest?
