PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS

  1. Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. Cloud Auto may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice. 
  2. Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com 
  3. The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team


  • Merchant DBA and address
  • Merchant Contact name & Email (for the demo invite)
  • Vertical - What type of auto repair shop?
  • Avg Monthly Volume
  • Tax Rate
  • Labor Rate
  • Current auto repair/parts ordering software
  • Reason they are looking to switch ("What issues are we trying to solve for the merchant?")
  • Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) the merchant is available for a demo
