- Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. Cloud Auto may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice.
- Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com
- The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team
- Merchant DBA and address
- Merchant Contact name & Email (for the demo invite)
- Vertical - What type of auto repair shop?
- Avg Monthly Volume
- Tax Rate
- Labor Rate
- Current auto repair/parts ordering software
- Reason they are looking to switch ("What issues are we trying to solve for the merchant?")
- Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) the merchant is available for a demo
