PART I: FOR SALES AGENTS

  1. Agents should schedule a demo at least 2-3 days in advance. e|Tab reps may not be able to accommodate a demo request with short notice. 
  2. Agents will send an email request to sales@paycompass.com 
  3. The agent will need to provide the following information when sending an email to the sales team


  • Merchant DBA and website address
  • If the merchant has an online ordering page that is separate from their existing customer facing website, please provide the link to their current online ordering platform
  • Merchant contact name, phone number, & email address (NOTE: Merchant's email is a requirement in order for e|Tab to send the demo invite)
  • Sales agent's name, phone number, and email address
  • Vertical (Is it retail? If yes, what type of retail? Is it hospitality? If yes, what type? QSR? Table service? Bar/nightclub?)
  • Avg Monthly Volume
  • If applicable for restaurant opportunities that currently have online ordering in place: How many menu items on their current online ordering platform?
  • If applicable for retail opportunities that currently have online ordering in place: How many inventory items on their current online ordering platform?
  • If applicable, who created their current online ordering platform? 
  • If applicable, why is the business looking to switch away from their current online ordering platform?
  • If applicable, which features in their current online ordering platform do they currently utilize the most?
  • If applicable, which features are they currently lacking that would be beneficial in their next online ordering solution? 
  • Please provide 2-3 day(s)/time(s) the merchant is available for a demo. IMPORTANT: Please provide the time zone for the merchant. 

 

Extra Questions:

  • Does the business require a QuickBooks integration?
  • Do they have gift & loyalty in place? If yes, who is their current provider?
  • Does the business work with 3rd party delivery companies such as UberEats, DoorDash, or GrubHub?
