Sales agents have the option to join one of Clover's live webinars or they can schedule a demo directly with John Marshall. PLEASE NOTE: Clover does not allow for questions during the live webinars.
Follow these steps to schedule a time to join one of Clover's live webinars.
- Go to https://blog.clover.com/clover-webinars/
- Select an industry type. (Table service restaurants, counter service restaurants, retail businesses, or service businesses and salons)
- Complete the registration process.
- Occasionally, Clover will host multiple webinars during the month for one specific industry type. Example: They may host two retail specific webinars during the current month. If this option is available and if the agent is uncertain as to which date and time would work best for the merchant, the agent can select "Select all upcoming webinars" and receive invites for all sessions being hosted for that specific industry during the month.
- If only one industry specific webinar is being provided during the calendar month, the agent would check the box next to the upcoming date and time.
- Given that Clover only allows for one person to register, the agent can either enter their contact information and forward the invite to the merchant upon receipt OR the agent can enter the merchant's contact information and register them on their behalf.

HOW TO BOOK A LIVE DEMO WITH JOHN MARSHALL
John (a former restaurateur and former merchant services sales agent) will lead the demo and engage the prospect.

- Select the date and time.
- A pop-up window will appear on the screen. Enter the following information in the pop-up window and click "Book" when completed. (See image below for reference) NOTE: The sales agent will be responsible for forwarding the calendar invite to their merchant.
- Sales agent's first and last name
- Sales agent's email address & phone number
- Topic/Agenda - Why is this call being scheduled? Is it a consultation or a merchant facing demo?
- Business name (if applicable)
- Business type (if applicable)
