- Go to https://calendly.com/chargezoom-cs and select "PSP Demo" from the options listed.
- Choose the date and time. NOTE: The time zone should default to your area provided that the device that you're booking the demo with is set to the correct time zone. If the correct time zone doesn't appear, select the correct time zone from the dropdown menu.
- On the next screen, the agent will add their name, their email address, and the email addresses of all attendees from the business.
- In the field marked "Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting", encourage the agent to provide as much detail as possible. (What software is the business currently using? What does the business hope to achieve with ChargeZoom in place? What integrations does the business need? Etc.)
- After completing all the required fields, click "Schedule Event."
- Both the sales agent and the merchant will receive calendar invites after submitting the demo request. Agents are free to forward the invite to the merchant or anyone else that needs to be in attendance.
