The Submission Process for Dispensaries with PayBotic
NOTE TO PAYCOMPASS SUPPORT TEAMS
- Always set the expectation with agents submitting high-risk merchants that the process is much more prolonged than the typical low-risk submissions
- It is extremely likely that more documentation will be required
- There will be a large amount of back-and-forth communication between us and the sales agent
- There is the possibility that the merchant account may be declined despite submitting all of the requested documentation
PayBotic is a cashless ATM option for dispensaries. Sales agents are required to complete and submit the following information and submit it to sales@paycompass.com
- Completed PayBotic App Cashless ATM Application.pdf
- Merchant’s Driver’s License
- Cannabis License
- Bank Info (Void Check or Bank Letter)
Once the required information is received by the sales support team, it will be sent to Max at PayBotic.
