- Please remind agents that we can only submit net new Square merchants. Hardware or SaaS plan upgrades do not qualify. As part of being a strong Square partner, we will not target their existing merchant base.
- Add Support as a team member on every Square merchant account so we can assist merchants and communicate with Square on their behalf. The steps for adding support can be found here
- Merchants are responsible for ordering their own equipment upon signing up. PayCompass will NOT be deploying any Square equipment to any newly signed merchant.
- Next day funding cutoff time is 8PM EST
