Sales agents can change both CP & CNP rates with Square. 


Once the merchant is signed up, the sales agent will send an email to sales@paycompass.com with the following information: 

  • The email address utilized by the merchant to sign up
  • Merchants DBA (NOTE: The address is helpful, but not required)
  • The link that was utilized by the merchant to sign up with Square (Rack rate link or 4% link)
  • The pricing that the agent wants to use for both CP & CNP


KEY INFORMATION:

  • If the sales agent is lowering the rate, no additional paperwork is needed.
  • If the sales agent is raising the rate, a DocuSign will be sent from Square directly to the merchant for signature.
