- Accurately track all sales agents utilizing Square to ensure full visibility into agent participation, adoption trends, and agent‑level performance or issues
- Validate commission eligibility and payments by linking submitted Square deals to the correct sales agents to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Monitor and support agent experience with Square by proactively identifying issues, addressing challenges early, and continuously improving Sales Operations support and overall agent experience

Tracking Sales Agents (RSD Responsibility)
- RSDs must email sales@paycompass.com with the following information:
*Sales agent’s full name
*Date the Square link was sent to the agent
