  • Accurately track all sales agents utilizing Square to ensure full visibility into agent participation, adoption trends, and agent‑level performance or issues
  • Validate commission eligibility and payments by linking submitted Square deals to the correct sales agents to ensure accurate and timely compensation
  • Monitor and support agent experience with Square by proactively identifying issues, addressing challenges early, and continuously improving Sales Operations support and overall agent experience
