Macros:


Download the file and be sure to save a copy to your Desktop or a folder (it will not work in Excel online).  There is a macro present that can clear all fields between uses, but that requires that you save the file as an .XLSM (macro enabled) file.  Windows also requires some security changes to allow macros to run.  These changes are documeted on a dedicated tab in the sheet.


Agent Customizations:


You can replace your contact info into the cover page as well as enter the prospect and a project title.  There is also a narrative area that can summarize solutions and requirements discussed and included.


Multi-page Use:


Normally one would send just the cover, hardware, and software pages to a prospect.  This can be easily accomplished in Excel by holding down the Control key while tapping each of the desired tabs.  Once selected, tap File and choose either Print or Export (which creates a PDF).


Notes / FYI:


Hardware costs and ESTIMATED Square Financing is shown.  Hardware is purchased directly from Square by the prospect and the costs may change at any time without notice.  The Financing amount is an estimate based on Squares buy pages.  Some items are financed over 12 months and other longer.  This estimate was an attempt to come up with a hybrid that is not meant to be exact, but to give the prospect an idea of that option cost.  Financing and approvals are entirely controlled by Square.


Financing Specifics


  • Not all hardware is eligible
  • Equipment financing will not be available if an eligible item (ex: register kit) and a non-eligible item are placed simultaneously in the same cart 
  • Financing is not available for any orders under $49 before tax. Similarly, financing is not available for any item that is less than $49
  • The financing threshold is $10,000
  • Hardware financing is NOT available if the DBA address is in one of the following states:  Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire or Tennessee.
