How do I access the Genie App

PayCompass Genie App

First, be sure to request access using the announcement link at the top of the NaviGO main menu.
Once you've been added as a user you will get an invitation that includes the link.
If you wish to add Genie to your other devices, open a browser and enter Genie.PayCompass.com
To avoid two-factor authentication, when logging in, accept the terms, and scroll down and choose either login with Google or login with Outlook.
To add a home screen shortcut on iOS tap the 'Share' option and choose add to home screen. For Android tap the three dot menu and add to home screen.
Remember, Genie is just as comfortable on a tablet or laptop as a smartphone!
