Connect to Wifi

  1. Press Green Key
  2. Core Menu
  3. Arrow Down to Utility
    1. Manager Password - 1234
  4. Arrow Down to Communications
    1. Local Params
    2. Wifi
    3. Scan Network
    4. Set to PAYCOMPASS TERMINAL
      1. Configure
      2. Set Password - 98765432
      3. Connect

Set date and time

  1. Arrow Down to Utility
  2. Settings
  3. Date and Time

Download File to Terminal

  1. Utility
  2. Arrow Down to Software Download
  3. Select Wifi
  4. Enter TPN then press ok
  5. Apply updates

Process Test Transactions and Batch

  1. Enter $0.50 for test transaction
    1. Complete test transaction
    2. Leave Receipt in Terminal - DO NOT TEAR
  2. Press Yellow Key
    1. Cycle to VOID
    2. VOID test transaction - DO NOT TEAR RECEIPT
  3. Batch/ Settle Terminal
    1. Press F1
    2. Select Favorites
    3. Settle Daily Batch
    4. Batch will print = DO NOT TEAR RECEIPT




If summary report is required

  1. From the home screen press the F1 key
  2. Choose favorites
  3. Choose report
  4. If prompted enter the manager password (default is 1234)
  5. Choose Report Generator
  6. Choose Summary
  7. Choose All to show all Payment Types
  8. Choose All to show all Transaction Types
  9. Select how you want to have the report Sorted (EDC, Transaction #, Transaction Type, Card Type)
  10. Save as Custom Report
  11. Choose YES
  12. The default name is Report1, you can change this if you'd like. Select green OK key to save.
  13. If the name already exists select Yes
  14. Select Yes to save as default batch report.
  15. A sample will print.
