DVPay - For corrupted or obsolete
1) From the Multicolored screen, go to settings, and go through the following option:
- About POS
- POS Configuration
- Administrator Login – Password: 01062009
2) Once admin login is successful, go back to the multicolored screen, and press the 3 lines at the top right corner. Scroll down and look for “Apps”
3) locate DVPAY/AURA and uninstall. Look for Market and Force Stop; later, on that very screen, go into Storage and do a Clear Data.
4) Go back into Market. Press the checkmark at the top right corner. See if Market is updating; if it is, let it complete, and go back into market when it kicks you out. Install DVPay after Market says “open”
5) Go through the process of installing the TPN (3 lines at the bottom left, utility, password 1234, Software Download, Connect, Network, Full, add TPN and press the green button).
HOW TO FACTORY RESET DEVICE
To factory reset: go to settings then go to About POS then go to POS Configuration then login as ADMIN (01062009 OR 99999999) after logged in go back to Android settings and go to Back up and Factory Reset then proceed with factory reset.
