Steps:

Step 1: Log into Valor Paytech

Enter your username and password on the Valor Paytech login page to access your account.

Notes: Make sure to double-check your credentials before logging in to avoid any access issues.

Step 2: Navigate to Merchant Management

From the dashboard, locate and click on the 'Merchant Management' option in the left sidebar menu. This will take you to the merchant management interface.

Notes: The 'Merchant Management' section is where you can view and manage all merchant accounts.

Step 3: Use the Search Bar

In the Merchant Management interface, find the search bar at the top of the page. Type the name or any unique identifier of the merchant you are looking for into the search bar.

Notes: Ensure the search term is accurate to get the best results. Partial names or identifiers can also be used.

Step 4: View Search Results

After entering the search term, the system will display the search results. If the merchant is found, their information will be listed in the table below.

Notes: If no results are found, double-check the search term for any typos or inaccuracies.

Step 5: Select the Merchant

Click on the merchant's name in the search results to view their detailed information. This will open the merchant's overview page.

Notes: The overview page provides access to various merchant-related data, including devices, transactions, and settings.

Step 6: Review Merchant Details

On the merchant's overview page, review the available information, such as contact details, device list, and transaction history.

Notes: This page allows you to manage and update the merchant's profile and settings as needed.
