Occasionally, merchants will reach out to provide new tax documents with the state unemployment rates for the new year. We need to upload these documents to ADP to be processed by their tax team.
Go to the taxes tab, then click tax and sui notices. From here we can simply click the link to upload the documents. You'll be given a case ID that you can use to follow up with ADP if need be.
