Part One: Weekly webinars


PayCompass hosts weekly webinars every Tuesday at 1pm ET. 


The first Tuesday of every month is a webinar titled "Coffee with Closers" and the remaining Tuesdays are set aside for "Toolbox Tuesday" sessions. 


PayCompass uses the same Zoom link every Tuesday. This allows sales agents the ability to join a session even if they don't have an invite on their calendars. (Zoom credentials below)

What is "Coffee with Closers?"


Although Coffee with Closers is primarily geared towards Sales Agents, it also serves an opportunity for all admin/operations/support staff to receive updates as well.


The call is led by PayCompass CEO Justin Volrath. During the first half of the call, Justin dedicates time to provide updates with the following: 


  • Our company and our culture
  • Industry updates
  • Upcoming events
  • Updates with new and current technology and solutions for sales to present to merchants


Once Justin has provided all updates, he opens up the remainder of the call to sales agents. 


Given that all CWC calls are never recorded, agents are encouraged to speak freely and share what's on their minds. 


Calls have been known to be extremely candid at times whereas some agents use it as an opportunity to share concerns that they feel should be addressed, whether it's our own processes/procedures or whether it's addressing concerns where it appears the competition has more leverage over PayCompass due to their own proprietary solutions in the marketplace.  


What is "Toolbox Tuesday?"


Toolbox Tuesday is a 60 minute talk radio style webinar where topics range from the following: 

  • Spotlighting one of our valued product partners 
  • Industry roundtable discussions with sales agents
  • Best practices with PayCompass processes and proprietary technology


The call kicks off with an overview of upcoming sessions during the current month. Participants are reminded that the webinar is recorded and that the recording will be housed on the PayCompass YouTube channel within 24 hours. Participants are encouraged to launch their AI notetakers during the session if they so choose whereas some sales agents prefer to review a written outline vs going back to watch a recording.
